This is a Master Quality Kurukulla or Kurukulle, Mother Buddha Tibetan Thangka Painting. Kurukulla is a peaceful to semi-wrathful deity known as a woman of Knowledge and Magic in Tibetan Buddhism. Also known as Mother Buddha, she is a goddess associated with rites of magnetization or enchantment. Kurukulla's body is usually depicted in red with four arms.
